Sharon Manyarkiy, a distinguished Partner and Advocate at our firm. Sharon holds an LL.B from the University of Nairobi, along with a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law (KSL) and a Bachelors in Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology. With her extensive legal background, Sharon assumes a pivotal role as the head of our Commercial Employment and Dispute Resolution Department, as well as overseeing the day-to-day administration of the firm.
Sharon’s expertise spans a wide spectrum of legal areas. She is particularly well-versed in employment procedures and processes, HR Manual and employment contract reviews, and the nuances of various termination options. Additionally, Sharon excels in the registration and regularization of entities, including local and international NGOs, companies, and trusts.
In the realm of litigation, Sharon has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in handling disputes ranging from employment and intellectual property to insurance, personal injury, real estate, succession, defamation, family law, and tax matters. She is renowned for her ability to guide potential litigants towards the most effective and efficient legal actions for the resolution of their disputes.
